Here are some aspects that might affect the recognition results:

1. Photos: When you are capturing a paper, please try to fill it to the entire screen. If the image looks blurry, please tap the screen to let the camera focus.
2. Lighting: A good condition of ample light will improve the accuracy of the recognition.
3. Contrast: A big contrast between texts and background may help recognize correctly (like paper documents)

4. Recognition Language：Please make sure you have selected the language you need for recognition in CS app--Me--More Settings--Image to Text--OCR language

Please note the quality of the OCR depends on the image quality (images with low resolution cannot be recognized) and it is difficult to recognize texts in pictures captured from a screen due to noises. Also, handwriting cannot be recognized.

If the recognition results are still not good enough, please send us ([email protected]) the original, uncropped picture for further issue analysis.
