I cannot sync my documents to camscanner.com. What can I do?

Please open CamScanner app--Me--Account to make sure the accounts you sign in with on your device and PC are identical first.

And then back to the main screen of CamScanner app and pull down to sync.

When it reaches 100%, open camscanner.com and refresh the website. All docs will be updated.

If it doesn't work or an error message pops up, please report app log from the CamScanner app on your Android device as follows:

CS Me->Feedback->Feedback->describe your problem in detail and confirm your email address->tap "send" at upper right corner

If the feedback cannot be sent, please check out in device settings whether the "network" permission is granted for CamScanner app. You can also email us directly: [email protected]
