I get "no network connection" message. Why?

This issue may be caused by iOS 10. Please try as follows to solve the problem:

open iPhone/iPad settings-->Cellular-->Apps Using WLAN & Cellular-->Find and open "CamScanner" -->check "WLAN & Cellular Data".

If it still doesn't work, please head to iPhone/iPad settings-->Cellular-->disable "WLAN Assist" and enable it again.
