The scanned images may have been moved or deleted from the [CamScanner] folder so they cannot show up in the app. Based on the feedback from other users, some cleaning app (like Clean Master) has the permission to delete CS data. Please do NOT delete any file in the CamScanner folder and it is recommended to use the CS sync feature to back up files to the cloud regularly in case of any unexpected data loss.

The original, uncropped images should be saved in CamScanner/.images/.bak (It is a hidden folder and can be opened by a file managing app. If your app can't open it, you can try ES file explorer and check "show hidden files" in its settings). To import the images to CS again, please select them-> more -> share -> CamScanner (batch). Sorry that all file names, tags and notes cannot be restored in this way.
