Yes.

Under batch mode, you can tap the preview image at bottom left to confirm the cropping area manually.

You can also set it as follows: open the CS app-->me-->scan-->batch-scan-->do not crop

Also, you can open the cropped picture and tap "re-edit" on top right to process it again.
