Yes.

Under batch mode, you can tap the preview image at bottom left to confirm the cropping area manually.

You can also set it as follows: open the CS app-->Me-->scan-->disable "auto crop"

Also, you can open the cropped picture and tap "Re-edit" icon on top right to process it again.
