Please follow the steps below to transfer files and paid features:

1. In the main screen of the paid version, pull down to back up all files to the Cloud until it comes to 100%

2. In the main screen of the paid version, tap the upper right "box" icon and tap the message "Upgrade to Plus/Pro account"

3. After your account has upgraded, download the free version of CamScanner from App Store

4. Sign into the free version with the SAME CS login ID. All files will be downloaded and all paid features will be unlocked.

5. You may also sign into www.camscanner.com to see if all docs have been completely synced.

Please note:

1. If you are using iOS11, please downgrade to iOS10 to back up files by sync.

2. If you don't have a CS account, you may register when you pull down the main screen.

3. Due to iOS, CS can't sync in the background, so please don't switch to other apps or lock the screen when syncing.

4. CS only syncs under wifi. If you want to sync also with mobile data, please set it in CS settings--sync-- check "over mobile network".
5. If you can't find your docs after sign in, it means your docs have been saved to another CS account (there should be a notification when you sign in). Please sign out and sign in with that account to find your docs.
