If you think that you will no longer use CS, you can apply for a permanent deletion of the CS account.
Please note the following before deleting an account:
1. You will not be able to reactivate the account or restore the data in your CS account after you delete it. Your purchased items (such as fax credits, C-Points, etc.) can't be restored either.
2. Deleting the account won't stop the premium subscription. If you have subscribed to the premium service, please cancel the service in your Apple or Google account first.
3. After exporting the documents, please delete all documents in the account: open the CS app--select the docs--Delete, and then please pull down the docs list on the main page to sync manually.
Or, please sign in to www.camscanner.com on PC with your account--select all docs there--Delete.
After that, to delete the CS account:
CS app--Me--Account--Account name--bottom"permanently cancel account".
You can also send the Delete account request to [email protected]. The account will be deleted in 14 days after we receive your email.
