To import images for OCR, please head to your phone album--open an image--Share--"Extract Text-CamScanner"--select the area to recognize--Next to recognize. 

Or you can also import the images into CS app for OCR as follows: 

Android:

Open CS--Click the camera icon--Click "Import" icon--Select pictures and import--Open the imported picture--Click "OCR" icon.

iPhone:

Open CS--Click the camera icon--Click on the "Album" button in the lower right corner--Select pictures and import--Open the imported picture --Click "Text" at top right side--"Recognize".
