This feature is currently in beta test, so only a few users may see the option.

1. Open the camera of CS

2. Slide left to "To Excel" mode
3. Place a paper form on your desk and take a photo of it using this mode.
4. Confirm the scope of identification and submit
5. After the identification is completed, excel can be directly exported and saved in the “Recognition record”, which can be viewed and downloaded at any time with network.

It should be noted that

a. The border of the form must be taken in the photo, otherwise it may not be recognized correctly.

b. The table line is preferably in black; other colors may not be recognized

c. Forms directly taken from the computer screen may not be recognized

d. At present, only the forms in Chinese (simplified & traditional), English, Japanese and Korean can be recognized. Other characters cannot be recognized.

e. Vertical texts in a table may not be recognized
