This feature is currently in beta test, so only a few users may see the option.

There are 3 ways to use it:

Method 1. Turn on the CS camera and use single mode. After the shooting is completed and the picture is saved, the  button “Document to WORD” will be displayed in the page.

Method 2. Open the CS camera and use the “To Text” function. After the recognition is completed, the recognized text and a toolbar will be displayed. The "Export to WORD" option is available in the toolbar.

Method 3. Open a document, open one of the images, and click the "OCR" button. After the recognition is completed, the recognized text and a toolbar are displayed. The "Export to WORD" option is available in the toolbar.


Please note:

1. The exported word format is .docx, and older versions of Word may not support opening;

2. The current version only supports converting the recognized text into docx file. The font, font size, format, illustration and form in the image cannot be transferred to the Word;

3. The recognition accuracy is related to the clarity of the picture and the selected recognition language. CS supports 40+ languages, but it is recommended that you do not select more than 2 languages for actual recognition. Otherwise, the recognition rate may be reduced (such as identifying English documents, it is recommended to select only English, and do not check other languages).
