Please open the CS app on your phone and pull down to sync. After sync is finished, please tap the bottom right "Me"->"Account" to find your CS account.

After that, please sign in to the website www.camscanner.com on PC with the SAME account to check your docs.

How to log out of the website: open www.camscanner.com on PC/Mac---tap the account name on top right---log out.
