You may have set to save the images into internal SD card or external SD card.

If you’ve set to save the images into internal SD card, you may check the images in sdcard/camscanner/.images.

If you’ve set to save the images into external SD card, you may check the images in sdcard1/Android/data/com.intsig.camscanner/files/CamScanner/.images.

If you have set to save images to your phone gallery, you will find them in sdcard/Pictures.
