You need to allow CamScanner to access to the camera in your phone settings.
Android: Go to the phone settings -> “Apps” -> “CamScanner” -> “Manage Permissions -> activate camera. (Please note that different phone model may differ in the steps).

If the permission is enabled, please reboot your device and see if it works.
