I forgot my app & document protection password, how can I retrieve it?

To protect your documents, the password cannot be retrieved. Please follow the steps below to re-open documents in CamScanner:

1. Visit www.camscanner.com on computer and sign in with your CamScanner account to check if all documents are synced to your account.

2. Delete and reinstall CamScanner app on your phone and sign in with your CamScanner account. After signing in, all documents will be retrieved and can be visited without password.
